Volunteer Qualifications: The Perur Lake Forum is a volunteer-driven organization and therefore one of its goals is the enhancement of knowledge or Capacity Building among committed avian enthusiasts.
Fundamental knowledge of the field identification of birds in general and of the birds of the Coimbatore region, in particular, would be a great starting asset. However, in exceptional cases this requirement can be waived, when the individual displays a commitment to the mission of the organization.
